The customer brought the S22 Ultra into AMC after having a battery replaced and stating that the device was not powering on anymore. This was no problem for us! Once we got the device we tried plugging it in, connecting it to a PC, wireless charging and we could get no signs of life!
After that we placed the phone on our heating plate and got it cooked up! After getting the phone opened up, we had seen that the battery connector on the motherboard was broken from the last battery replacement. From there we advised the customer the best course of action here was to replace the motherboard. Everything else on the device was in great condition.

The customer said they would like to save the phone so we were able to source a motherboard that was the same specs and carrier unlocked for about 10% the price of a new phone!
