When this customer brought his Galaxy S24 Ultra to us it was having problems with charging and when he was on the phone, nobody could hear him unless he was on speaker! For running a business such as his it can be a real pain to have to do that!
Not a problem for us here at AMC. Once he dropped the phone off AMC was able to set up call-forwarding for him as his phone was under repair. We also backed up all important data for him as well before we begun the repair.
Knowing with Samsung the lower board controls charging and the number 2 microphone. With these two being an issue we were able to tie it down to charging board being the problem. We ordered parts ahead of time!
